Scientist from Prinston University wanted to know if terrestrial life would live on Mars. They exposed some microbes to conditions similar to those on Mars and they couldn't survive in those conditions. Other scientist say that fs the microbes are buired in at least 2in of dust they have a better chance of surviving. Bacteria DNA and protiens were more resistant to the dustruction than the bacteria themselves. Astrobiologists recognizethat potential life froms may be very different from the one we are used to seeing.
In my opinion they should use planets that are more like ours. They should use microbs that can take harsh weather. They should also use the things that are on Mars like the dust and stuff like that. Maybe they could do the weather in Jupiter or something. It would be very intresting to see what would happen.
